According to a Bad Media Karma member ~*OuTrAgEoUs*~, Access Hollywood recently mentioned Britney as one of the celebrities to attend the Grammy Awards:

They showed the places where the stars are going to sit, and they mentioned Britney is going to be there. They showed her seat.

As of now, this is merely a rumor, but it would be awesome if she attended!

Britney Spears goes out to see a movie with BF Jason Trawick on Monday (January 25).

The 28-year-old pop princess perked up after she saw a little girl smiling at her and gave her a big hug as they left the theater.

Brit, who asked photogs not to capture the moment on film, made the little girl’s day – she ran back to her mother saying, “Britney Spears just hugged me!” So cute!!

After traveling the globe for months, most people would be thrilled to sleep in their own bed. But Britney Spears, who recently wrapped her Circus tour, has been ditching her LA home for the swanky Mondrian hotel. “She said she misses the environment of a busy hotel when she stops touring,” an insider tells Life & Style, noting that Brit has been constantly spotted in the hotel in the past two months. “She seems to love having people around her. She’s friendly and interested in everybody — she started talking to one guest and even jokingly offered to sing at the woman’s wedding!”

One perk of hotel living: the Mondrian’s Agua Spa and fitness center, where the pop star has been logging some serious time. “She ran on the treadmill for about an hour and did sit-ups for about 15 minutes straight,” celebrity publicist Todd Shapiro, who spotted Brit in the gym on Jan. 5, tells Life & Style. Another insider reveals that Brit has been able to mix some fun into her workouts. “She’s obsessed with Family Guy and was doing Stewie impressions in the gym,” says the insider. “She even ordered chicken wings to be delivered to the gym, which raised eyebrows. She asked to replace the buffalo sauce with sweet chili.

Britney Spears may not be capable of signing record deals and buying homes, but when it comes to a simple shoe purchase, she’s a regular shopping ninja.

We’ve learned Britney is using her bodyguard’s credit card to score purchases that don’t fit into her conservatorship budget.

Britney hit up the Steve Madden store in the Valley over the weekend and bought 2 pairs of boots. We’re told Brit paid for the new kicks with a credit card, but the card had the name of one of her bodyguards on it.

The store employees gave Britney a hard time over the card … because she signed her own name on the dotted line. We’re told Britney convinced the clerk the person named on the card is an employee of her company and she was entitled to use it.

Here’s the thing: Under the terms of the conservatorship Britney has a credit card with a limit of $1,500 a week.

LOL, when it comes to shoes, a girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do….. Yeah, I’m skeptical about this story. I mean, she’s been going on +3k shopping sprees since last year. I think if she were using her bodyguard’s credit cards since then, we would have heard about it.

The commissioner in the Britney Spears conservatorship case wants a command courtroom performance from Ms. Spears, and the commish is frustrated that didn’t happen today.

Commissioner Reva Goetz just confirmed what TMZ reported earlier today … that Britney was due in court at 1:30. We were told her people didn’t want her to show because Brit would be besieged by reporters.

But the commish apparently wasn’t as receptive to Britney not showing as we had heard. Commissioner Goetz said, “The court was supposed to meet with Ms. Spears this afternoon and there was a misunderstanding. I’m going to continue the matter until next Friday at 1:30 and she will be here.”

Britney Spears decided to reward herself after her court date was postponed today — by going on a shopping trip to a jewelry store!

The weaved wonder just finished up a shopping stint in Calabasas, where she hit up the local Barnes & Noble — yes, the bookstore — and a nearby jewelry joint, which was closed down so she could peruse the goods.

As TMZ previously reported, Britney’s conservatorship hearing — which she was supposed to attend — was called off after it became apparent the media attention would be overbearing.

Britney Spears’ boyfriend is no womanizer. Multiple sources are slamming a recent tabloid claim that Spears’ beau Jason Trawick cheated on the singer at L.A. club Roger Room Dec. 30 — including Milana Rabkin, one of the women spotted with Trawick on the night in question.

A source explains to UsMagazine.com that the Dec. 30 gathering at Roger Room was a birthday party for “one of Jason’s bosses” at WME, the Hollywood agency that employs Trawick. “I used to work at WME. It was my old boss’ birthday and we were all hanging out,” Milana Rabkin, 22, tells UsMagazine.com exclusively. She and Trawick, she says, “worked together” recently. “We send him scripts,” says Rabkin who now works at Energy Entertainment. That night at Roger Room, she and a friend joined Trawick and a married male WME colleague to talk shop.

Rabkin says she and Trawick discussed a screenplay for a potential film; “we had actually sent [the script] to him to read for Taylor Swift,” she adds. “We were hanging out and catching up on that. It was purely professional.”

Around 1:45 a.m., the foursome left for the Standard hotel. “We were hungry, and I really wanted to talk to Jason about the script,” Rabkin explains.

“They did go to the Standard,” the source confirms. “The girls and Jason’s friend had food. Jason didn’t. Jason then left and went home.”

Trawick and Spears, 28, have been dating since spring of 2009. So much for staying shacked up at the Mondrian Hotel all alone with her assistant Brett!

Britney Spears started off her day around 11 a.m., first stopping by a music studio on Wilshire – where she was working on her latest album! So excited for that, natch. Then our girl was dropped off in Bev Hills for a little retail therapy…

Our photogs on the scene say that Brit “seemed relieved to get out of the house,” or in this case, her hotel!, and that she “appeared to be in better spirits than in recent days.”

Then Britney stopped at Pottery Barn for some moderately priced home furnishings and afterward, headed to the Chateau Marmont around 2:45 pm.

Jason Trawick was there waiting for her. The two just left the hotel together in the same car — Brit’s bodyguard driving Jason’s car and Jason chauffeuring Britney in her car. They stopped at Jason’s house to pick up what appeared to be an overnight bag for him and then headed to Britney’s house!

The pop star spent the holidays sans boyfriend Jason Trawick, checking into L.A.’s Mondrian hotel on Dec. 28 with her mom, Lynne, to clear her head…and change her locks. “Their relationship is in big trouble,” a source close to the couple tells OK!. “This is the first stable romance she’s had in years and it looks like it’s over.”

Friends saw this coming — especially since Britney, 28, is not happy with the fact that on Dec. 23, an L.A. judge continued to grant her dad, Jamie, conservatorship over her.

“Jason’s original role was to help Britney get her life back together. Because that dynamic was in place from the beginning, he was controlling her a bit, giving her the guidance she needed. But she’s over it. She straightened up and is fed up with Jason telling her what to do.”

FAMILY FEUDS

Spears family insiders also blame Britney’s problems on the tension between her parents. Divorced since 2002, Lynne and Jamie still have their issues.

“The fighting has taken its toll on Britney,” says a source. “She’s begging Lynne to move on. Over the holidays, she put her foot down when she heard Jamie yelling at Lynne on the phone”

Jason, however, has sided with Jamie. The source adds, “Britney and Jason had a huge blowup before New Year’s because Jason defended Jamie. She couldn’t believe he would think Jamie had a leg to stand on.”

THEIR JEALOUS STREAKS

Another cause for the couple’s conflicts: Jason, 38, was jealous of Britney’s bodyguard Edan Yemini. Confirms an eyewitness, “[Edan's] been with her for more than a year accompanying her to every city and country. We think he’s in love with her.”

And Jason does not like the competition, says another source. “Jason — in business as well as in his personal affairs — wants not one cutting in on his dance.”

Britney has a jealous side as well.

“She checked Jason’s BlackBerry and would give him hell if he contacted a female. One of the last straws was when she called one of the women and it was a business contact. Jason was so embarrassed and had to apologize.”

Not surprisingly, Jason suggested that they “take a break” and has told friends they have agreed to see other people. Nonetheless, they have left the door open to rekindle their relationship, and friends are hopeful.

“They’ll get it worked out because they really do love each other,” says a pal, “but it’s going to take time.”

On Dec. 28, she checked into L.A.’s Mondrian hotel a blond but emerged with jet black locks hours later.
