The pop princess entered the courtroom through the judge’s hall way door around 1:45pm, and she was all smiles as she walked in behind her father Jamie Spears. Britney wore a gray jacket and black skirt, and reporters noted that her dark brown hair had a few blonde streaks in it.

Judge Reva Goetz granted Britney’s lawyers request to seal the courtroom, which resulted in everyone being kicked out as the hearing involved personal medical information.

Britney, Preston, and Jayden, were seen taking a walk on a almost empty beach in Santa Barbara.

Taking some time out between concerts, Britney Spears takes to the water for a family day out in Sydney Harbour. Accompanied by boyfriend Jason Trawick (blonde hair/beard), Britney and her young sons Sean Preston (dark hair) and Jayden James (blonde hair) looked every bit the happy family as they ate al fresco on their launch. Jason was seen doting on the boys, first playing hide and seek with Jayden on the heavily cushioned seats, before playing Superman with both boys, who took it in turns to be spun in the air by their mum’s hunky beau. As the day drew to a close, Britney slipped on Jason’s polo shirt to keep the chill away and the happy crowd all disembarked to head back to their hotel.

Jason Trawick is looking like the perfect father figure as he carries Sean Preston to a waiting car, followed by mom, Britney, holding on to Jayden James. Playing with a toy, Sean Preston looked very comfortable with Jason as he pointed and laughed at something outside their Melbourne hotel. The family then drove to a private air field where they boarded their multi million dollar private jet bound for Sydney to carry on Britney’s ‘Circus’ tour.

Continuing her Circus Tour in Australia, Britney Spears was spotted on her way to her concert in the city of Melbourne earlier today (November 11).

The “Gimme More” mommy looked to be in a good mood as she and her boys Jayden James and Sean Preston headed off to the Rod Laver Arena accompanied by boyfriend Jason Trawick.

BRITNEY Spears’ sons and boyfriend have landed in Melbourne surrounded by media fit for pop royalty.

Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, arrived at Melbourne Airport with Jason Trawick, her manager and boyfriend, about 9.45am this morning.

It is believed they were aboard a commercial Qantas flight direct from Los Angeles.

The youngsters were surrounded by an entourage of security personnel who worked furiously to shield their faces from a heavy media contingent as they moved through the airport.

Trawick refused to answer any questions put to him by the Herald Sun.

Security protecting Trawick, who was carrying one of his sons, became aggressive with reporters, yelling at them to “back off”.

The group was escorted through a secret exit out of the airport by airport staff.

They left in a chauffeured vehicle and are believed to be en route to join their mum at her plush Park Hyatt hotel suite in the city.

Spears, whose first Melbourne show will take place at Rod Laver Arena on Wednesday, is expected to take every opportunity to get out and enjoy the city with her sons.

Spears spent Monday holed up at her luxury inner city hotel. Fans and media waiting for a glimpse of the star were disappointed.

Spears stayed indoors and only once popped an arm out of a window to give fans a brief wave.

So sweet! The hungry hungry hippo took his two adorable boys, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, to the Pierce College Pumpkin Patch in Canoga Park, Calif. on Thursday (October 29). Sean and Jayden were all smiles on the miniature train ride and carousel. Before picking out their perfect pumpkins with daddy, the brothers had a great time climbing the mountain stacks of hay.

We just saw the boys with mama Britney Spears going to the movies. The 27-year-old Womanizer singer is about to start up her “Circus” tour again next week. The pop star is due to hit the stage in Perth, Australia on November 6.

BRITNEY SPEARS comeback is complete – she has topped a new poll to find the best celebrity mum.

The Toxic superstar lost custody of her two sons after her public meltdown in 2008, but gained shared custody with ex Kevin Federline after she proved to the courts she had cleaned up her act.

And the singer’s fans have obviously noticed Spears’ efforts – she received a mammoth 74 per cent share of the vote in a new poll by U.K. company Park Christmas Saving to find the best mother in showbusiness.

Following in second place is Spears’ childhood rival, Christina Aguilera, who pulled in 12 per cent of the votes, while mother-of-six Angelina Jolie was in third.

Late British reality TV star Jade Goody and mum-of-one Katie Holmes were awarded the fourth and fifth spots respectively.

Other famous matriarchs in the top ten include Madonna, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Nicole Richie and Victoria Beckham.

BRITNEY Spears is to launch a bid to regain full custody of her children in time for Christmas.

The pop star, who has suffered mental breakdowns, will start proceedings to bring her two young sons home after playing the final date of her eight-month world tour next month.

Britney is supported by her father Jamie, who is still in charge of her financial affairs.

A source close to the singer said yesterday: “He believes she’s ready and his support is likely to carry weight with the judge.”

Only months ago, Los Angeles Superior Court awarded Britney, 27, temporary joint custody of Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline,

This allowed her to take them with her on the European leg of her tour and the source added: “Jamie is convinced that having the boys travel with her has given Britney the strength to be successful again.”

Federline, 31, is unlikely to oppose Britney’s legal bid, according to a friend of his yesterday, “as long as he is granted full visitation rights”.

The friend added: “Like her parents, he’s been impressed by Britney’s incredible comeback.”

She has bounced back from an 18-month “meltdown” which twice landed her in hospital psychiatric units, as well as rehab, last year.

Britney is expected to earn £22million this year, according to Forbes Magazine, and is named as 13th on a “world’s most-powerful celebrity” list, which she had previously dropped off.

Jamie Spears may also be ready to relinquish his financial control.

She is likely to continue to pay Federline £25,000 a month for staff when Sean and Jayden visit.

A source close to her family dismissed reports that she has accused him of “bad parenting” because “he cusses a lot and they’ve picked up a few choice words”. He added: “If all goes to plan, Sean and Jayden should be with her for Christmas.”

Britney Spears will share 50/50 custody with Kevin Federline at least through the end of the year. An L.A. County Superior Court judge extended the order that was initially put in place for Britney’s concert tour. Under the terms, Britney gets to travel with Sean Preston and Jayden James and must provide K-Fed with a place to stay if he wants to follow them on tour. *side eye*

Sources tell us the sealed order is very detailed, but Britney gets minimum 50/50 custody and at times even more.

As for Kevin, in addition to the $20,000 a month Britney pays him in child support, he gets between $20,000 and $25,000 a month when the kids are outside of California. *enjoy it while you can douche*

At the end of the year the judge will reevaluate custody. We’re told it’s looking like a 50/50 split is the way of the future.
